"Shocked"

Me and a friend tried this salon about 7 weeks ago,was so pleased the staff were friendly, took the time to talk to us about our hair, was very pleased. But then we returned well what can I say it must of been the quickest hair cut and blow dry I ever had, the lady asked me what I would like I explained and then that was it she never spoke again apart from ill get the Mirror for you to see your hair, yeah the back had been cut she hardly touched the sides, well lets just say it didn't look any different from when i walked in, with that she took the gown off me and off she went.... My friend felt the same and hers cost way more, disappointment is an understatement.. Completely different to our first visit.

So we will not be returning. .
