"Very Disappointing"

Mack's focus is on making money not on solving problems. We called him out to fix a drop in water pressure and gladly paid the charge to have our hot water back. A week or two later I was having to regularly top up the refilling loop. Our hot water became very erratic and finally went completely. We called him out again. He simply refilled the loop again which took a couple of minutes and then hung around chatting as if to justify the call out fee. A day later water began to seep through the ceiling. My wife called him to say he hadn't fixed the problem, but having said she didn't think it was fair to pay more although she made three dates for him to return to fix the leak, he didn't show up on any of them. Very disappointing..
